“Despite being under construction during my stay, the property was still very well maintained and managed. The room itself felt recently updated—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining room had a bright, cheery atmosphere that made for a great start to the day. “The main lobby area was very nice and inviting. The room at first entrance had an odour but otherwise looked clean. Upon further inspection, the carpets were very dirty and stained looking. I would recommend bringing sandals or slippers or extra socks for your feet if you choose to stay here. Lighting in the room wasn’t great. “The hotel put out a good breakfast. They are renovating the hotel and thus the elevator floor wasn't the best but the lobby was bright and welcoming and the room while older was clean.temperatures were in single digits when we stayed so we didn't use the AC but the heating worked and kept the room comfortable. And also important given the temperature shower water was hot for all of us. ”
